What could you try for the first time?
The idea of speaking in front of a group makes me nervous just thinking about it. I can feel the tension in every cell of my body, and it’s overwhelming!
The pressure is intense, and public speaking feels like an impossible challenge.
Yet, deep down, I wonder if it’s something I could conquer with the right tools and encouragement.
