Even being near the water instantly soothes my soul.
It’s my reset button.
2. Meaningful Connection
Real, honest chats with authentic people.
3. Moving My Body in Fun Ways
Dancing in the kitchen, or swimming in the pool (followed by a sauna, of course!) makes me feel good.
4. Nature and New Walks
I’m happiest when I’m outside, especially exploring new places and a bonus if there are trees and birds.
5. Learning and Growing
Whether it’s through a book, a podcast, or reflecting in a journal, I love learning more about myself and the world.
