What’s your favorite thing to cook?
If there’s one dish I never get tired of making, it’s curry.
It’s warm, comforting, and endlessly adaptable—no two batches are ever the same. That’s what I love most about it: the freedom to experiment with spices and flavors, depending on my mood.
One thing that never changes, though, is my base—ginger and garlic. Their aromatic, punchy flavor is the perfect foundation for any curry. A great mix of garam masala is also a must, bringing depth and warmth to the dish. And coriander? That’s my favorite herb. Always fresh it adds a citrusy brightness that ties everything together.
Sometimes I go for bold heat with extra chili.
The beauty of curry is that it evolves with every cook, always offering something new and exciting.
