When it comes to groceries, I stick to the basics that make life easier and ensure I’m ready for the day ahead.

First up are oat milk and Nature Valley bars—the perfect companions for my daily coffee ritual. They make sure I never miss breakfast, even on days when I’m feeling low on energy. There’s something comforting about starting the day with something so simple yet satisfying.
