Step 1 – Mental Health for ALL

Acknowledge Your Mental Health Journey

Understanding that mental health is a dynamic journey allows us to be more compassionate with ourselves.

Acceptance is the key to growth—it’s not about perfection, but progress.

Everyone’s path is unique, and by acknowledging where we are right now, we create a foundation for change.

  4. How do I feel when I acknowledge my current state, without judgment?
  5. What does self-compassion look like for me?
  6. What do I wish to change about my mental health journey?
  7. How have I grown emotionally over the past year?
