Journal Prompts for Intuitive Living :)

Daily writing prompt
What’s a secret skill or ability you have or wish you had?

My secret skill – I can tell exactly who someone is the minute I meet them. I understand that we all make mistakes and we are all growing, but there are very few people whose vibe is a giant no and it’s funny, it’s usually the ones who appear the most fun or charming in the room.

Over the years, I’ve learned to trust this instinct and you should too.

I can see past the smiles, the jokes, and the charisma — I get an instant download of who a person really is just by being in their presence. This has also led me to shift away from people for my own well-being, and I’ve never regretted it.

~ 8 Journal Prompts ~

1. First Impressions

Think about the last person you met – ask yourself – What was my immediate gut feeling about them? How did my intuition show up before I even had a conversation?

2. Energy Check

Reflect on times when someone’s outward charm didn’t match who they truly were – ask yourself – How did my intuition signal the truth before I realized it consciously?

3. Body as Compass

Notice the physical sensations that accompany intuitive hits — tension, warmth, butterflies, heaviness. – ask yourself – How was my body guiding me in that moment?

4. Patterns of Truth

Write down three times you trusted your gut and was right. What were the signs? How did it feel to act on your inner guidance?

5. Boundaries and Intuition

Think about moments when listening to your intuition helped you set boundaries. What emotions come up when you ignore it?

6. Trusting My Inner Voice

Ask yourself – How do I distinguish between fear or judgment and true intuition? Explore a recent situation where you had to make this distinction.

7. Vibe vs. Appearance

I recall someone whose outward persona was magnetic, but my intuition said otherwise – ask yourself – What cues can I notice next time to trust myself more confidently?

8. Daily Intuition Practice

I make a habit of writing down one small intuitive observation each day — about a person, situation, or decision. Over time, I notice patterns and my inner guidance becomes even clearer.

Intuition is like a muscle — the more I listen, the stronger it gets. Journaling has helped me trust my gut, protect my energy, and recognize the people who truly belong in my life.
