Welcome to the virtual meeting for Chronic Pain Pals—your safe space to laugh, vent, and find solidarity from your couch, heating pad, or cozy blanket fort.

No judgment, just folks who “get it” and probably have their own funny nickname for their lumbar support pillow.

How It Works:

  1. Zoom Meeting Code: “OUCH123.” Pajamas encouraged.
  2. Introductions: “Hi, I’m Alex, and I have an elbow that hates me.”
  3. Sharing Is Caring: Share your wins (“I folded laundry!”) and woes (“I sneezed, and now my back is plotting revenge”).
  4. Dark Humor Breaks: Laughter is mandatory—who else jokes about needing a crane to get out of bed?
  5. Goal Setting: “Today, I’ll hydrate, stretch, and… not punch anyone.”
  6. End With Gratitude: Even if it’s, “I’m grateful my pain scale didn’t invent a number today.”

Why It Works:
This isn’t about fixing anyone—it’s about being seen, heard, and supported.

Chronic pain warriors are the champions of perseverance, and a little camaraderie can go a long way.
