~ What is Passion? ~
Passion is the spark that adds color to our days, purpose to our routines, and depth to our lives.
It’s what pulls us out of bed in the morning, what we daydream about, and what energizes us even when life feels heavy.
Whether it’s creativity, helping others, learning, or building something from the ground up, your passions are a vital part of who you are.
The best thing about passion is that it evolves.
You don’t have to have it all figured out. Sometimes, it’s about following curiosity and allowing yourself the space to explore what truly lights you up inside.

~ My Passion ~
Lately, I’ve been exploring a new passion of my own:
Sea Swimming
There’s something powerful about rising early and walking into the freezing cold sea with a group of like-minded people who just get it.
We share more than swims—we share moments of stillness, connection and community.
We also share photos of the sea, full moons, wildflowers, sunsets, and the changing tides in our group chats.
There’s nothing quite like the calm and clarity that comes from immersing yourself in the wild, salty water, surrounded by people who feel it too.
It’s deeply grounding.

~ Journal Prompts ~
Journaling is a powerful tool for discovering and deepening your passions. It helps clarify your interests, uncover hidden desires, and reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been lost in the chaos of everyday life.
- What activity makes me lose track of time?
- What did I love doing as a child that I no longer do?
- Who inspires me and why? What do they do that speaks to me?
- What topics do I never get tired of learning or talking about?
- When do I feel most energized and alive?
- If I could do anything without worrying about time or money, what would it be?
- What do I want to be known for?
- How can I bring more of my passions into my daily life?

~ Quote ~

Feel the power that comes from focusing on what excites you.”
