We spend so much of our lives believing the stories our minds tell us. But what if we stopped and asked:
How do I know this is true?
For one week, take on a challenge to question every thought.
When a belief arises—”I’m not good enough,” “This always happens to me,” or “That person must think I’m rude”—pause and ask:
What evidence do I have for this? Could there be another explanation?
Make it playful. Treat your thoughts like curious visitors, not absolute truths. Maybe you’ll find that some are based on assumptions or fear rather than reality.
At the end of each day, reflect on the process.
Did it make you feel lighter?
More curious?
Did you notice fewer emotional reactions to things that usually upset you?
This simple practice can reveal how often we limit ourselves with unexamined beliefs.
And the best part?
It might spark a whole new way of thinking beyond the challenge.
Your life shifts the moment you take ownership
