1. What do I believe about myself?

  • Are these beliefs positive or negative? How do they shape my actions?

2. What is my relationship with failure?

  • Do I see failure as a learning opportunity or something to avoid at all costs?

3. What messages did I hear growing up about success or money?

  • How have these messages impacted my choices today?

4. What fears hold me back from taking risks?

  • Are these fears based on past experiences or assumptions about the future?

5. How do I view others’ success?

  • Do I feel envious, inspired, or discouraged? What does this say about my beliefs?

6. What stories do I tell myself when faced with challenges?

  • Do I tell myself I can’t handle it, or do I focus on finding solutions?

7. What do I believe is impossible for me to achieve?

  • Why do I think this? Is it a real limitation, or something I’ve accepted as truth?

8. How do I define my worth?

  • Is it based on achievements, appearance, or something else? How can I redefine it?
