If you could be someone else for a day, who would you be, and why?
If I could step into the mind of a neurotypical person for just one day, I would.
Not because I want to change who I am—I love me—but because I’m curious.
Curious about how different our brains really are.
Would the world feel quieter?
Would social interactions feel effortless instead of like a puzzle I’m constantly solving?
Would I understand unspoken rules without overthinking?
Would my brain slow down, or would it just process things… differently?
I imagine it might feel simpler in some ways, but also—would I lose the depth, the creativity, the unique way I see the world?
Would I still notice the little details that others miss?
Honestly, I wouldn’t trade my brain for anything. But stepping into another reality, even for a day, would be fascinating.
Just to compare.
Just to understand.
And then, straight back to myself—because I am enough, exactly as I am.
