Definitely my pizza!
Dry Ingredients in Mixer
500g All Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Caster Sugar
1 teaspoon Instant Yeast
Wet Ingredients in Jug
150ml cold water together with 150ml boiled water = 300ml
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil (evoo)
Slowly pour the Wet Ingredients into the Dry Ingredients Mixer on slow knead for about 5mins.
Cover with cling film with a drop of Evoo on the cling film and let the dough rest in a warm space for a couple of hours.
This makes 4 pizzas.
Sprinkle Surface with Flour and divide into 4.
Roll out and spread passata, garlic, salt, pepper, basil onto the pizza base.
Add any toppings you like ie, cheese and pepperoni!
