Embracing Lazy Days for Better Health :)

Do lazy days make you feel rested or unproductive?

Lazy days are absolutely essential!

If you see them as unproductive, it’s time to change that perception.

Rest is a key part of overall health—one of the 8 daily essentials to avoid burnout.

Without enough rest, your body will eventually force you to slow down.

Today, I’m taking my own advice, resting with a cup of tea as I battle a sore throat. I’ll take 10 minutes to recharge and then get back to my tasks, and will take more breaks throughout the day.

The extra rest will help me recover faster!
