Throughout this challenge, you’ll not only stay hydrated but also learn the benefits of water and how it impacts your well-being.

Here are a few quick facts:

  • Sharpens Focus: Staying hydrated improves cognitive function and concentration.

3. Goals: What You’ll Achieve 🎯

4. Action

On Page 10 of the Water Challenge you will see a Habit Tracker for 30 days. Print this page. Stick it near your tap.

Pick two colours to colour in a number at the end of each day. First colour (purple for me) represents done. Second colour (orange for me) represents not done. You will have a lovely colorful page at the end of the 30 days.

It is not about perfection, it is about creating new healthy habits.

💡 Pro Tip: Keep a water bottle with you at all times.
