Science exam is tomorrow! But guess what? i'm blogging! Something someone said has been bugging me for quite some time, and i haven't really made an effort to put it into words, so now, here goes.

Lesson 16#:
To know and to accept.
I recommend all readers here, to read Jo Fan's blog. Recently, he has been posting on the topic 'good music vs secular music' and i find it very wonderful. Very detailed explanation on music and the effects of listening to it, whether good or bad.

Despite a wonderful topic that was brought up, surely, it faced opposition. He pulled it down easily. But what troubled me was, the attitude of the readers towards his opinion. When i was having my conversation with him, he said this, "..........a lot of people already know about it(the effects of listening to 'bad' music), but it's the matter of whether they accept it(to stop and to change).............." interesting, don't you think?

I myself, have already written at least 20 posts on life learning lessons, sometimes i wonder whether any of it really gets through to the readers, or whether you all understand and accept it. That's why i encourage you all to write comments after comments because if it is wrong, say it! before another person is deceived! I'm human, i make many mistakes, everyone knows this!

We can know the knowledge to the furtherest reaches of the earth, but if we fail to grasp and accept what is in front of us, we gain nothing.

What we accept, will bring about the kind of character we show to others. We accept the concept of altruism, we will be one. We accept the concept of saying fowl languages, without fear, we speak it. We accept the concept of both, we turn out presenting both attributes.

So are you going to accept things placed in front of you? and what are you going to accept?

mercy out,
Wai Leem
