So Justin and I decided to leave. Since we were the last ones in the CF Room. We wanted to lock the door before we leave. But we cant find the key! Which Wai Leem is supposed to be having. And so the story begins. (NOTE: No little cute ponies or spongebobs were killed in the process, it was all for fun.)

ATTEMPT #1

JoFan: *calls waileem*
Wai Leem: *picks up*
JoFan: eh.. noob...
Wai Leem: *Hangs up*
JoFan: what the.....

ATTEMPT #2

JoFan: *calls waileem AGAIN*
Wai Leem: *picks up*
JoFan: EH! NOOB!!
Wai Leem: *hangs up*
JoFan: Wahliao....

Wai Leem: *picks up AFTER A LONG TIME*
JoFan: EH WHERE'S THE KEY LA!

Justin found out what was happening and was laughing like crazy at this point.

JoFan: SERIOUSLY! I NEED TO LOCK UP ALREADY!
Wai Leem: .......... *emofied* What did you call me again?
JoFan: *holds laughter* *thinks...* Eh (Justin), what did I call him again ar?
Justin: Er.. A PRO!
JoFan: ahh yes... I called you a PRO!
Wai Leem: *hangs up*
JoFan: hahaha! what does he want weih...

JoFan: okay FINE! I'M VERY-THE-SORRY kay....
Justin: *whispers* lol... the sarcasm...

Wai Leem: okay... i have the key.... don't need to lock up.
JoFan: okay.. THANKS!
Wai Leem: *hangs up*
Justin: hahaha! like W*** **... doesn't get sarcasm....

HILLARIOUS! Wai Wai merajuk....

Other than that, Chia Lit came back, and everyone SSed after the meeting like CRAZY! Grace, Fei Ching, En Wei and Chia Lit. June, Justin, Pn Lan and I were joining the fun. hahaha! they were laughing at super NOT FUNNY lame jokes, so hard that everyone was infected by the laughing bug and started to laugh hard as well.

Oh well... as for Easter Rally we finally got SOMEWHERE! Thank God that He revealed to teacher the vision we had since the very beginning of the year! AWESOME!!

Feel completely pumped up for the awesome day ahead with Your Name High playing on my comp as I woke up. The heart of the song really reminds me of my previous post. This should be the cry of our lives after the promises have been fulfiled upon that cross FOR US. Now it's our turn to use all we have all these riches and freedom that we're bless to make HIS name HIGH!

Our one desire... to praise You... and lift you up.. In our surrender...

We are living Your name high, Jesus You.. gave what the world couldn't offer us, say what they want, say what they want, we are free!! Woahh!!!

HELLO! They all prayed that in the OLD TESTAMENT (time before Jesus), God promised to bless Abraham and all his CHILDREN with everything that we're praying for God to BLESS US. JESUS REDEEMED ALL THAT through GRACE on the CROSS, with HIS BLOOD SHED FOR YOU. I dare you to check the Bible, nobody ever prayed such prayers after He was crucified and risen again. HE FULFILLED IT.

Just look at the verses, they're just SOME of the many of them.

Really.. think about it?

He has given us everything He promised, even as Gentiles. EVERYTHING that we can ever ask for. And yet we don't seem to know and get obsessed with ourselves asking for this for that little box of present, crying and begging and all that... and He goes like... "Dude, HAVE YOU EVER CHECKED THAT STORE ROOM? The one overflowing with EVERYTHING that I promised that has been given to you, have you used them? Have you realized how much you REALLY ALREADY HAVE? I mean.. DUDE.... I kinda gave you EVERYTHING? Even gave my one and only Son to fulfill that? And you're asking for that little box of.. whatever that is?? Errr.... wokayyyy.... I mean, it should already be there!"

Have we? Have we actually read ALL THE THINGS He has given to us. Do we know what authority we really have? Do we know what it means to be a co-heir with Christ? To be a CHILD of the CREATOR of the UNIVERSE?

Read your Bible! =)

Don't be like a person who buys an iPhone just to make calls and wondering everywhere else about how you can check maps portably and watch youtube videos or organize your schedules or get entertained while you're alone bored in a bus. Hello! You own a flippin iPhone! Use the APPS! Figure it out from there.

Isn't it time to start to really praise Him and ask how we can use what we are given to bless Him? To share His love to others? To bring them as well to be a part of this big fulfilled blessing? This hope and purpose we have in life? Well.. not a smooth sailing life, but a life worth living. =)

Yes.. despite the exams season, our humble teacher Mr.Wong KK@The Humblizer ska (self known as) Mr. Humble Lifelong Learner made it to becoming the HOTTEST TOPIC of the day on Facebook resulting from the most EPIC exam paper anyone could ever taken in their entire lifetime.

This is mere Harvard-worthy PROFESSIONALISM! Going well with his new 7 Hs to Heaven philosophy, a Nobel prize wannabe.

Too bad I handed in the paper with the essay question that CHANGED THE WORLD FOREVER. Will DEFINITELY post it up when i get it back. =)

Exposing the Myth of Adolescence.

Really challenged by the book Do Hard Things. Why are the expectations set for young people so low? Aren't we physically at our golden era? Aren't we able to do so much? Then why do we tend to expect so little from ourselves? Why do we let this mindset control us from what we really are capable to do?

Einstein came out with the relativity theory when he was 13. Braille created the alphabets for the blind when he was 16. Queen Esther saved the Jews when she was 14. Steven Speilberg published his first indi movie when he was 16. There are so many more examples. Point is, these people have changed the world and created history in one way or another.

Did you know that the word teenager only existed lately? Before that there were no such awkward stage in life and young people were practically DOING STUFF. Leading armies, founding new land, making a difference.

Just because we are now CATEGORIZED into a somewhat AWKWARD stage in life that doesn't really exist, doesn't mean the capabilities are missing. It's all in the mindset.

Think about it.

AM I?

So I was happily and so even happier doing my devotions on The Word (it's a really awesome software, but that's besides the point right now).

I was studying 1 Timothy, it's been some time since I wanted to study that book, I recalled Rose saying how it's relevant to Youth Leaders, so yea.. I have been doing it and so I reached chapter 4 today. It was pretty interesting and relevant even for my not-so-awesome day today. It could basically be split into 3 sections but i won't go into it. Thing is, here I am looking at the famous chapter 4 with a new perspective. Pretty simple chapter, pretty big message. Go check it out people. =)

Oh yes, why was it famous? 1 Timothy 4: .... 12 remember? haha! yes.

So I went through a few versions from NIV, MESSAGE to AMPLIFIED. I wanted to know more about verse 12.

Two things captured my attention. A footnote to 1 Peter 5:3 and the MESSAGE version of the verse.

And don't let anyone put you down because you're young. Teach believers with your life: by word, by demeanor, by love, by faith, by integrity. - 1 Timothy 4:12 (MSG)

not lording it over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock. - 1 Peter 5:3 (NIV)

- TEACH BELIEVERS WITH YOUR LIFE.

- BEING EXAMPLES TO THE FLOCK.

I kept thinking.

I don't know.

If that's an important part of leadership (by that, you're not excused coz everyone is a leader in some way or another in life), then am I a good example?

Something I Miss

Something I'm passionate about, as ironic it may be, are not technical or multimedia stuff, well, they're hobbies. But what I truly love is PEOPLE. I love to talk to them, I love to listen and observe their needs and struggles, write them down. Encourage them, minister to them.. and SOMEHOW.. SOMEWHAT... in my lifetime, with any chance i get.. DO SOMETHING about these issues..

I miss orang asli villages already... I miss simplicity there... I miss the kids... I miss how inspiring people and life there can be, how almost everything I experience can keep me thinking, how much God can speak to me about my life, how He can use it... I miss ministering to them with a bunch of cool people with the same passion... And also.. the team members.. watching how they're lives are changed through the whole experience...

Too bad we can't go trips this year. Gahh..

Alex, call me ANYTIME after SPM. haha!

Well, it's a different environment and atmosphere, it's like a retreat. But as for now, my mission is RIGHT HERE! Everything I said I missed, it is ?happening too and it's great, God reveals Himself in wonderful ways.

Point is, to everyone.. IT doesn't end when a trip or a project ends, it GOES ON.. in a different setting, in fact one level up, a HARDER setting. It's just you, your life and everyBODY around it, with God above all. Are you taking up THIS MISSION TRIP? A pretty long one I must say..

As for those who haven't go for one, you have no idea how much you have yet to experience. So go for one!
