So this is a brand new year. That was quick. So I'm leaving all the old &bad behind and moving forward. We always say that don't we, but do we really do it? I'm really hoping this year would be my fresh start I'm depending on God, and not myself, so Amen to that.
For those who are starting the year in a new place, all the best yea! May the Lord's shower you with His blessings and anointing always. Be safe.
Greetings from Singapore! (: Been 2 long days and looking forward for another 3 more days here. So far I've gotten some pretty good cheap (if you count dollar to dollar), and we'll be heading to Orchard Rd. tomorrow to check out the Christmas lighting and do some more shopping.
Ever heard of Ninja Joe? Perhaps no. It's newly opened in Tropicano City Mall. They sell pork burger! Yes yes! Pork burger! Awesome eh? Well, I think so la. I mean, how often do you get pork burgers here man. It has 5 flavours, original, oriental, hot&spicy, sweet&sour [the one I ate!] and black pepper. I simply enjoy the pork patty. love it! Maybe you guys should go try it out too yea?
I feel like running. Feels like forever since I really ran.So carefree and without worries.
It was great having baby Shane and Elyssa over 2 weeks ago. They were hyper kids but it was my my pleasure to have had babysat them. Shane, one tough boy and Elyssa, a cili padi, but at the end of the day with all the muscle aches from all the carrying them around, it was all worth it. To see them smile and laugh, that's my goal (:
My cousin has a taste for these kind of shirt for her kids. Cute.
Since I didn't go to school yesterday, I baked! With Jonathan again. This round, it was Cappuccino Squares. It's awesomely nice but pretty sweet[because of the topping]! Am thinking of baking again, with less icing sugar in the topping, and then let everyone else try. Sounds great?
My smiley topping.
Evened it out.
Powdered with cocoa powder!
We made white chocolate ice-cream too. It's quite sweet and not very smooth yet but big brother said that could be improved achievement! Oh the contentment!
Yesterday was the official last day of school and I missed it. Why? Simply because I didn't want to go to school. As simple as that. I doubt I missed anything anyway.
To sum the whole year up, the atmosphere 4S8 had was not new to me. The cliques here and there, gossiping and what not. I didn't say I was not guilty of doing committing them on certain occasions but we did managed to break some of the walls that kept us to our own clique. I am proud to say I know all of my classmates by name, ok I am sure all of you achieved that but let me indulge in my own happiness for awhile alright?
I have come to love 4S8 and I'm am looking forward to a new year and many more nonsense time in the coming year with you all again.
Some shots I took before the last school term ended.

A last random picture.
Thank you all for making my year eventful, memorable and durable. Especially the girl who has been sitting beside me the whole year and always telling others what a lamo I am and what a fuss I can be. You are one tough nut but it was fun having all the arguments and disagreements. Thanks Germ!
I didn't have time to write about the graduation/Pn. Lim's retirement that was on Wednesday, so here goes.
In a blink of an eye, the year is coming to a close. I must say it's been a great year, more than great actually having all the company I had. Christian Fellowship was different this year. With new ones coming in and joining our one big happy family, including the ChiLa family. Chia Lit hasn't told us what that meant yet and we're still trying to make him tell us, to no avail really. Without realising it, we've grown to love each other and care for one another throughout this whole year. We had said our goodbyes and hopefully it won't just end here. I'll miss you guys. Enough said. Bye Chia Lit [Chi La A], Natalie [Nyap La], Chee Yan [Zhu La], Si Yong, Lie Yang, Vivien, Yi Wen, John & Esther.
Most of our big family.
Grace, Lie Kiet, Natalie, Lie yang, John Ho, Chia Lit, Germaine Chng, Shu Min, Shu Li, Jo Fan, En Wei, Chee Yan and I.
I hope I didn't miss anyone out. Sorry if I did. My most sincere apologies.
Stayed over at Jocelyn's house last night and we watched Batman, again! We agreed it was a good movie so she popped it into the PS3 and played it. It was yet another thrilling experience to watch it again. Don't think I'll ever get bored of it. Her parents brought back dinner for us. Porridge Enough said. After the movie, both of us were very much exhausted due to the retirement and graduation on Wednesday. We decided to hit the sacks.
Jocelyn is one funny girl. When she washed up and ready for bed, she said she felt refreshed. :s OKAY. So I suggested we play guitar hero, on her PS3!Oh it was fun I couldn't use the guitar simulator I borrowed because it was for a PS2. We made do with one guitar simulator and a controller and I'm sure it would have been as fun as if we had 2 guitar simulators. We played till about 30minutes past 12 and it was clear that it was bedtime.
Lights off.
Wanna know a FF about Jocelyn Khoo Pei Lin? She wakes up at 5 in the morning everyday. I kid you not! This morning however, she woke up later than usual, a little past 7. Right about when I woke up too. Got washed up, made breakkie!
Morning Jocelyn and happy birthday! and NO she didn't do all the cooking. I helped too.
The batter in the pan. Smells good, with a tinge of cinnamon.
There we go flipping the pancake and it's ready!
Breakfast was good. Period.
Then, we watched one episode of dollhouse. Oh my word, it's so confusing I don't get it. She exposed me to episode 13. She said it's somehow an epilogue, oh wells.
After we showered and got dressed, we headed to Midvalley for our movie we've been anticipating for a week or so. The MJ movie This Is It.
Got together with the other 6 girls [Yee Teng, Daphne, Joanne, Li Ean,Yi Yin and Twan Ting] and entered the cinema.
It was an awesome movie. A must watch! Those who are still contemplating to watch or not to, please do get a ticket. I am not a MJ fan but I enjoyed it nonetheless.
Lunched at Sushi King. Somehow Yee Teng couldn't stop laughing during lunch and the whole chair was somewhat vibrating because she laughs really hard. Enjoyed the company and unofficially celebrating Jocelyn's birthday.
We ended up in the arcade after lunch. Brings back memories. I guess the arcade is a good place to kill some time if you have no idea what to do. Played some games. It's pretty pathetic because their games are quite easy and petite. We were like a bunch of teenagers trying to look like we're 6, honestly. This is who we are, this is who I am.
